Once again, after quite a break, I am taking part in Weekend Writing Warriors event, which is an amazing way for your stories to be let into the world. There, you can share between 8 and 10 sentences of your work, every Saturday and Sunday.

This weekend, I am presenting a piece of writing that I still have not finished. It is supposed to be a story about love that slowly fades away. Hopefully, I will finish it soon and then post it.

“Could you pass me the snacks?” Last time you were distant, but maybe I should try better and again.

“Sure, here it is. Do you want some juice?” Don’t be like that, that won’t fix anything. Sure, I want you, but we’ve lost it somewhere.

“Thank you, I’m fine,”  This is the end, the words and looks don’t flow between us anymore, do they?

“Alright,” The conversations are getting shorter it seems.

For now, this was a part of it, and you can also read other posts on my blog if you are interested.

As as someone who likes the genre, the books, and finally the show, I have also wondered who would be the most suitable to sit on the Iron Throne when A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones reach their end. It interesting to look at all the players, list their qualities, and then estimate who has the best chances of reaching the top, leaving everyone else behind. There are so many posts cheering for Jon Snow, supporting Daenerys, explaining why Sam Tarly is the most deserving all over the place. However, after reading books, and watching the show, and spending time writing my MA related to both, and going through The World of Ice and Fire before falling asleep, I have concluded that only one person should sit on the Throne. It is, in my opinion, Petyr Baelish. He is the one I want to see there. Continue reading →

So, I was at the bank the other day, thinking that I will be done with my business quickly, because it was weekend and no one goes to bank on a lovely Saturday morning such as that. My surprise was a delight, when I found out that at least fifty other people thought the same. When I entered the bank, I took my number and looked at the display. The highest number was 130. My number was 172. After a slight hit of despair, I realized that I had nothing better to do, so I decided to stay and wait. Continue reading →
